The "Unaware" Claims Regarding Benghazi Survivor Threats

I have been trying really hard not to talk about Obama  (O) as often as I did in the past here at this blog.  The reason?  Because everything he did (and will do in the future) will one day "fall to dust and blow away." (ht:  Jars of Clay lyrics from "Worlds Apart.")

The lyrics in that song express how different a person is once Christ enters the heart in the form of the Holy Spirit and becomes Lord and Savior over one's life.  But it also could apply to how different one sees the world around him/her when he or she know God's Word and compares this fallen world to Christ's Kingdom and our future heavenly dwelling place.  More on this in a future post.

This morning, I tried to listen to Obama's news conference.  Ed Henry of  The Fox News Channel was called upon first to ask questions.  He asked about the "red line" Obama stated regarding the use of chemical weapons in Syria, and O just bloviated on and on about it; claiming that it doesn't just involve America (and him) but includes the international community (a.k.a. the do-nothing U.N.) blah blah blah. 

No surprise there. 

However, I was waiting for the answer to the second question - the one about how the Benghazi survivors are being threatened into silence regarding the attack there that claimed the lives of Ambassador Chris Stevens, Special Ops Navy SEALS Tyrone Woods, Sean Smith, and Glen Doherty on September 11, 2012.

No surprise that I would be sorely disappointed in O's response.  After taking was seemed like FOREVER to discuss "stuff" (he uses middle school terminology and he's a Harvard grad?  sheesh....) regarding Syria, he spends about a few seconds on the Benghazi question.  And get this...he claimed not to know anything about the blocking of survivors testimonies about Benghazi by his BADministration!!!  At that point, I had to turn the T.V. off. 

That is "unaware" claim number one.

How many fools in that room and Obots watching on T.V. could possibly believe such lying drivel???

Fortunately, there will be more hearings in Congress and the information is said to be "explosive."

Benghazi: Threats against ‘Whistleblowers’ Alleged

At least four career officials at the State Department and the Central Intelligence Agency have retained lawyers, or are in the process of doing so, as they prepare to provide sensitive information about the Benghazi attacks to Congress, Fox News has learned.

Victoria Toensing, a former Justice Department official and Republican counsel to the Senate intelligence committee, is now representing one of the State Department employees. She told Fox News her client and some of the others, who consider themselves whistle blowers, have been threatened by unnamed Obama administration officials.

“I’m not talking generally, I’m talking specifically about Benghazi – that people have been threatened,” Toensing said in an interview Monday. “And not just the State Department. People have been threatened at the CIA.”

Toensing declined to name her client. She also refused to say whether the individual was on the ground in Benghazi on the night of September 11, 2012, when terrorist attacks on two U.S. installations in the Libyan city killed four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens.

However, Toensing disclosed that her client has pertinent information on all three time periods investigators consider relevant to the attacks: the months that led up to September 11, when pleas by the ambassador and his staff for enhanced security in Benghazi were mostly rejected by senior officers at the State Department; the eight-hour time frame in which the attacks unfolded; and the eight-day period that followed the attacks, when Obama administration officials falsely described them as the result of a spontaneous protest over a video.

“It’s frightening and they’re doing some very despicable threats to people,” she said. “Not ‘We’re going to kill you,’ or not ‘We’re going to prosecute you tomorrow,’ but they’re taking career people and making them well aware that their careers will be over [if they cooperate with congressional investigators].”

Federal law provides explicit protections for federal government employees who are identified as “whistleblowers.” The laws aim to ensure these individuals will not face repercussions from their superiors, or from other quarters, in retaliation for their provision of information about corruption or other forms of wrongdoing to Congress, or to an agency’s inspector-general.

Rep. Darrell Issa, the Republican from California who chairs the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, wrote to Secretary of State John Kerry on April 26 to complain that the department has not provided a process by which attorneys like Toensing can receive the security clearances necessary for them to review classified documents and other key evidence.

“It is unavoidable that Department employees identifying themselves as witnesses in the Committee’s investigation will apply for a security clearance to allow their personal attorneys to handle sensitive or classified material,” Issa wrote. “The Department’s unwillingness to make the process for clearing an attorney more transparent appears to be an effort to interfere with the rights of employees to furnish information to Congress.”

The Obama administration maintains that it has been more than forthcoming on Benghazi and that it is time for the State Department to move on. At a recent hearing before the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Kerry noted that administration officials have testified at eight hearings on Benghazi, provided twenty briefings on the subject, and turned over to Congress some 25,000 documents related to the killings.

“So if you have additional questions or, you think there’s some document that somehow you need, I’ll work with you to try to get it and see if we can provide that to you,” Kerry told committee chairman Rep. Ed Royce, also a Republican from California, on April 17. But Kerry added: “I do not want to spend the next year coming up here talking about Benghazi.”

Asked about Issa’s complaints about attorneys not receiving security clearances, State Department spokesman Patrick Ventrell on Monday indicated that – far from threatening anyone – the administration hasn’t been presented with any such cases. “I’m not aware of private counsel seeking security clearances or — or anything to that regard,” Ventrell told reporters. “I’m not aware of whistle blowers one way or another.”

Ventrell cited the work of the FBI – whose probe of the attacks continues, almost eight months later and without any known instances of perpetrators being brought to justice – and the Accountability Review Board. The ARB was an internal State Department review panel led by former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Thomas Pickering and former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen. An unclassified version of the ARB’s final report that was released to the public contained no conclusions that suggested administration officials had willfully endangered their colleagues in Benghazi or had misled the public or Congress.

“And that should be enough,” Ventrell said at Monday’s press briefing. “Congress has its own prerogatives, but we’ve had a very thorough, independent investigation, which we completed and [which was] transparent and shared. And there are many folks who are, in a political manner, trying to sort of use this for their own political means, or ends.”

Terrorism. Chaos. Fear of the future. In the age of Obama, America is undergoing a “fundamental transformation” – that much everyone knows.

“Stress” – our modern name for all the trials and tribulations the Good Lord in His wisdom deems necessary for us to grow in character and faith – is not the enemy. It is, however, the difficult but necessary part of life that tests us, proves us, and ultimately makes us better – or kills us.

Fortunately, in the loving sacrifice of his Son, not only did God make provision for the forgiveness of mankind’s sins, but He also gave us another priceless gift – the perfect example of how to deal with stress. After Rush Limbaugh warned his listeners that Obama wants good Americans “to snap,” he added, good-naturedly: “You just be cool and calm. Everything’s going to be fine. I’ll tell you when it’s not.”

Indeed, to prevent Obama and company from completing their “fundamental transformation” of America, we are going to have to learn to stay cool, calm and collected – and not just on the surface, but deep down in our souls.

Know this: If you are upset at Obama and the maniacal left – if you’re angry, full of rage, feeling hopeless, frustrated, wanting to drop out, or wanting to lash out and act violently – believe me, that’s precisely what your adversary wants. Not only that, that’s how he wins, because when you’re upset and angry and overreacting – pardon me for putting it this way – you become stupid. That’s what’s wrong with the Republican Party. Its principles are magnificent (read the 2012 platform), but most of its leaders are intimidated by the ruthless Obama administration and the blatantly biased and abusive “mainstream media.” Thus, in their reactive, intimidated state of mind, they become ineffective, cowardly and contemptible (with a few notable exceptions, for which we are very grateful).

This is true not just of politicians, but all of us: No matter how smart, moral and right-thinking we might otherwise be, when we’re angry and upset we do not possess God’s grace, wisdom, courage and creative genius guiding our steps, and thus we are no match for the evil rising in America.

But if Americans would discover grace under pressure – hey, Ronald Reagan had it, why can’t we? – if enough of us found strength and resolve that were rooted, not in rage, but in righteousness and love of God and our neighbor, then nothing, and I do mean nothing, could stop us. Having regained our lost innocence, we would likewise see our beloved country restored to the noble land it once was.

All photos can be viewed at B'Man's Revolt blog link above.  There is MUCH MORE at the site to make us re-think this entire scenario.

To be honest, I didn't want to think that this could have been a false flag event.  But the evidence at that link could be considered quite convincing.

The first thing that caught my eye when I first saw the photos of the bloody scene (elsewhere, not at this particular site), was how unusually bright red-orange the blood looked on the pavement. It didn't look authentic to me.   I have had cuts that dripped blood on my backyard cement pavement, and the blood in the photos didn't look anything like that color.

Just reading how these EMT professionals [at link above] felt about both the lack of blood in the first still frames (especially that lack of blood on the double amputee's left leg which was positioned over the black woman's shoulder at first) convinced me that something was very fishy.

Admittedly, I had to look at the photos and read the paragraphs above each frame a few times in order to see and comprehend all that this blogger was reporting.

Digger shared a link with me that contains a sequence of events from a video that focuses on the double amputee that supposedly had his legs blown off. I want to share those with you here and ask you, especially if you have any trauma medical background (in the Armed Forces or ER or whatever), what is wrong with these pictures? (pictures and narrative by Fist-Of-Freedom)

I’ve studied and graduated EMT-B certification with the state of Oregon. I’ve been on calls with heavy arterial bleeds, internal bleeding, fatalities, doa’s. I am speaking from direct personal experience with severe trauma.

Here is a telling photograph of the amputee actor. I encourage readers to view the photo side by side with my analysis.

If you lose both  [of] your legs from explosive trauma, half of your blood is gone in one minute via the femoral arteries, you' re dead after two. Bleeding out is worse with blunt force trauma (like shrapnel) because flesh is torn rather than cut, exposing more arterial and vascular tissue. The human body holds 5 to 6 LITERS of blood. If that really happened you would see blood EVERYWHERE, the guy would be drenched in it. You would also see what’s called arterial spurting from the injury. Most likely he would vomit after turning ghost white from shock, then turning delirious or passing out. As for the “tourniquet”…

Its not even tied off, its suspended via gravity, which would literally do nothing to an arterial sever. There’s no pressure applied. There’s no knot with a turn stick for leverage. You can clearly see a gap in the nonexistent wrap job on his left inner thigh (left anterior proximal for you experts) His hands have no blood on them. There’s no blood on the ground. The color in his hands and lips shows good circulation.

This is an actor. This is staged. How did they pull it off though? I can show you.

Something about this entire thing smells to high heaven. When have you ever heard of someone with a blown off leg not bleeding? Some make the claim that it was cauterized, but obviously, the picture of them wheeling the guy out on the wheelchair shows ‘blood and gore’ (a cauterization is a burn that seals the wound). Something changed between these images and when they wheeled him out in front of the cameras.

No matter what you might believe about the Boston Marathon Terrorist Attack, there is merit to the admonition that one conservative commentator (I think it was Glenn Beck) stated when these big events happen.

4th Amendment Is Attacked During Boston Mayhem

 

 

As was the case in the Sandy Hook aftermath in which our Second Amendment rights were being attacked we now have an attack against our Fourth Amendments rights!!!

 

 

No freedom, no debate. In the midst of chaos of the Boston Marathon bomber and the explosions in Texas, on Thursday, Americans moved closer to losing more 4^th amendment rights when the House of Representatives passed the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA). This came after Republican Mike Rogers (MI) held closed-door meetings with his Intelligence Committee and disallowed debate on an amendment that would have required a warrant for the government to spy on you.

CISPA now moves to the Senate.

 

The 4^th Amendment protects you from unreasonable search and seizure; but CISPA ends that protection online. It allows the government to access confidential customer data from online service providers, without a warrant and without evidence of criminal wrongdoing. Rep. Jared Polis (D-CO) warned that the language allows the government to “go on fishing expeditions for electronic devices,” for instance at “gun shows,” or “football games”—wherever a great amount of people are gathering.

Michigan Republican Justin Amash tried to get an amendment passed ensuring that privacy policies and terms of companies would remain valid and enforceable, but was denied.

 

Interestingly enough, Mike Rogers, the man responsible for holding CISPA meetings in secret and fighting so hard for its passage, has a big conflict of interest.

Mike’s wife Kristi worked for a security defense contractor that would have benefited from this legislation; and now, she’s managing director at a big lobbying firm that focuses on “executive level problem solving in the defense and homeland security sectors.”

So, our privacy, our rights, our 4^th Amendment, was sold out in favor of big State Department contracts.

As it's written, CISPA won't protect us from cyber threats, but it will violate our 4th Amendment right to privacy:

Anyone who opposes this regime and really anyone on the Right who believes in God, capitalism, liberty and freedom is considered their enemy. Their tactics are reminiscent of another dictator who was famous during WWII. Those people believed in false promises and lies, and look at what happened to millions. We will not let it happen in our country.

Let’s turn this around. Am not holding out hope for this idea but am just floating it….. there is a *possibility* that the FBI wants the information themselves. Perhaps there are patriotic Americans in the FBI. Or, perhaps he’s served his time as a useful idiot. Here’s hoping!

Robert Mueller was nominated by President George W. Bush and became the sixth Director of the FBI on September 4, 2001.
Born in New York City, Mr. Mueller grew up outside of Philadelphia. He graduated from Princeton University in 1966 and later earned a master’s degree in International Relations at New York University.
After college, he joined the United States Marine Corps, where he served as an officer for three years, leading a rifle platoon of the Third Marine Division in Vietnam. He is the recipient of the Bronze Star, two Navy Commendation Medals, the Purple Heart, and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry.
Following his military service, Mr. Mueller earned a law degree from the University of Virginia Law School in 1973 and served on the Law Review.
After completing his education, Mr. Mueller worked as a litigator in San Francisco until 1976. He then served for 12 years in United States Attorney’s Offices, first in the Northern District of California in San Francisco, where he rose to be chief of its criminal division. In 1982, he moved to Boston as an Assistant United States Attorney, where he investigated and prosecuted major financial fraud, terrorist, and public corruption cases, as well as narcotics conspiracies and international money launderers.
After serving as a partner at the Boston law firm of Hill and Barlow, Mr. Mueller returned to public service. In 1989 he served in the United States Department of Justice as an assistant to Attorney General Richard L. Thornburgh. The following year he took charge of its Criminal Division. In 1991, he was elected Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
In 1993, Mr. Mueller became a partner at Boston’s Hale and Dorr, specializing in complex white collar crime litigation. He again returned to public service in 1995 as senior litigator in the Homicide Section of the District of Columbia United States Attorney’s Office. In 1998, Mr. Mueller was named United States Attorney in San Francisco and held that position until 2001.
Mr. Mueller and his wife, Ann, have two daughters.

I hope it’s possible, RW. I do so hope it is. If that website is Russian, then they may wonder how they got hold of Mooch’s private information (if they did. Who knows if what’s on that site is accurate?) Given that they’re investigating them, maybe it IS accurate. But I still don’t understand why it would involve Al, unless they suspect that he supplied the information to them and they determined that he didn’t. It would be nice to think that maybe Mueller’s a VIP who’s looking into the information about certain people committing identity/SS fraud

Thanks, Miri. I know we’ve been hopeful for so long that something would “take” and every time our hope has been dashed. I partly blame (but have all due respect for) the attorneys who persevered but failed time and again. What is required is an attorney with knowledge, experience, respect and gravitas. I completely blame the partisan hack judges who would not even entertain the thought of examining the evidence presented. Didn’t a single one of them feel the need to question, minimally, the social security number?

Pastor Miles McPherson, Senior Pastor of The Rock Church in San Diego,  is famous for stating that his opinion means nothing when it is compared to the absolute truth of the Scriptures. So, when he speculates, he shouts out, "And my opinion means...." And the congregation states "nothing!" That is a good rule of thumb when dealing with God's Word.

 However, having an opinion about something within the Bible is not a sin (unless it's a blatant and deliberate lie, or course), even though it could be a wrong opinion or skewed opinion.

Pastor Miles stated an opinion of his on Easter Sunday regarding the darkness that covered the entire land for several hours at the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. He said (paraphrased here) that "when the darkness came over the land, it was evil, Satan, and the demons thinking that they 'had won.' But Easter Sunday [Christ's glorious Resurrection from the dead!!!] was coming just days later!!!"

I have an opinion about the Obama ineligibility situation and all of the crimes that this BADministration has been getting away with.  Perhaps God, in His ultimate Wisdom, Knowledge, Mercy and Grace is allowing enough time and events to occur before the truth about Obama finally comes out.  In this way, perhaps the majority of the public would be ready for Obama's removal from office [and avoiding riots across the country], or, if it goes on past the next election, the exposure of Obama might occur after he is out of office.

The crimes are mounting against this BADministration.  One day, the truth will be exposed and be known to the public. 

Meanwhile, we must be patient, yet diligent in sharing the TRUTH about what is happening to our beloved country and thus help reveal the powers of darkness that are working behind the scenes.

Americans are so unprepared for what is ahead. I have worked with Islamic physicians in this country that are very devout Muslims. They believe that 9/11 was done by the US government and Israel in order to invade the middle east.(Much like much of the left) These are the “educated’ Muslims that Americans think will abandon Islamic ideas once they have an education and experience living in the US. Sorry. Instead they think we are a bunch of immoral infidels. Their education and American experience only make them more hateful of us. Check out the older Boston bomber. He did not have a single American friend because the Americans are so “immoral.” That after living here for more than 10 years and going through the educational system. If they spent any time on an American college campus they would become even more radical!

If I recall correctly, they were images comparing Chris Kyle's Navy SEALS hat logo with one of the individuals seen at the Marathon route with the same hat, a black backpack, and on a cell phone.

Could these photos at the link above be examples of the photos that the FBI is currently looking at?  Hints about this were stated during a conversation between Hannity and former detective, Mark Furman (I think) last night on Hannity's Fox News Channel show.  [Hannity stated that he has seen these photos, but can't show them on TV right now.]  Hannity was describing the look, clothing, and backpacks being worn by the men circled in red at the above website.

Now Fox News is reporting that "no arrest has been made." Other news outlets (like CNN) also reported that an arrest had been made.

Bill Hemmer stated that there is a photo going around on the Internet of the suspect.  The only image that I have found thus far is at this site:

Investigators in Washington and Boston denied Wednesday that an arrest had been made in the bombing of the Boston Marathon. They had earlier said there was "substantial" progress in the case.

There is conflicting information as to whether someone has been arrested in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings. A federal law enforcement source told CNN's Fran Townsend that someone was arrested. But later, two senior administration officials and another federal official told Townsend that there had been a misunderstanding among officials and that no one has been arrested.

Authorities arrested a suspect Wednesday in the fatal bombings at the Boston Marathon, a federal law enforcement source told CNN's Fran Townsend.

 

Details about the suspect's identity and motive were not immediately available. News of the arrest was first reported by CNN.

 

Investigators identified the suspect based on two videos taken before Monday's attack, the federal law enforcement source told Townsend.

 

One of the videos was surveillance footage taken at the nearby Lord & Taylor department store, the other was shot by a Boston television station, a source who has has been briefed on the investigation exclusively told CNN's John King.

 

The development came after a chaotic day in which investigators revealed more details about the makeup of the bombs and apparently unrelated scares over letters containing ricin gripped the nation's capital.

 

The bombs exploded 12 seconds apart near the finish line of the Boston Marathon, killing three people and wounding about 180 others.

 

One of the bombs was housed in a pressure cooker hidden inside a backpack, the FBI said in a joint intelligence bulletin. The device also had fragments that may have included nails, BBs and ball bearings, the agency said.

 

The second bomb was also housed in a metal container, but it was not clear whether it too was in a pressure cooker, the FBI said.

 

The U.S. government has warned federal agencies in the past that terrorists could turn pressure cookers into bombs by packing them with explosives and shrapnel and detonating them with blasting caps.

 

The bombs

Photos obtained by CNN show the remains of a pressure cooker found at the scene, along with a shredded black backpack and what appear to be metal pellets or ball bearings.

 

Scraps of at least one pressure cooker, nails and nylon bags found at the scene were sent to the FBI's national laboratory in Virginia, where technicians will try to reconstruct the devices, the agent leading the investigation said Tuesday.

 

The pieces suggest each of the devices was 6 liters (about 1.6 gallons) in volume, a Boston law enforcement source said. The recovered parts include part of a circuit board, which might have been used to detonate a device.

 

A law enforcement official said Monday's bombs were probably detonated by timers. But the FBI said details of the detonating system were unknown.

 

While the clues moved the investigation forward, they did not make it immediately apparent whether the attack was an act of domestic or foreign terrorism.

Twenty-five miles due south of Salt Lake City, a massive construction project is nearing completion. The heavily secured site belongs to the National Security Agency.

"The spy center" -- that's what some of the locals like Jasmine Widmer, who works at Bluffdale's sandwich shop, told our Fox News team as part of an eight month investigation into data collection and privacy rights that will be broadcast Sunday at 9 p.m. ET called "Fox News Reporting: Your Secrets Out.”

The NSA says the Utah Data Center is a facility for the intelligence community that will have a major focus on cyber security. The agency will neither confirm nor deny specifics. Some published reports suggest it could hold 5 zettabytes of data. (Just one zettabyte is the equivalent of about 62 billion stacked iPhones 5's-- that stretches past the moon.

One man we hoped would answer our questions, the current director of the NSA General Keith Alexander, declined Fox News's requests to sit down for an interview, so we stopped by the offices of a Washington think tank, where Alexander was speaking at a cyber security event last year.

Asked if the Utah Data Center would hold the data of American citizens, Alexander said, "No...we don't hold data on U.S. citizens," adding that the NSA staff "take protecting your civil liberties and privacy as the most important thing that they do, and securing this nation."

But critics, including former NSA employees, say the data center is front and center in the debate over liberty, security and privacy.

"[It] raises the most serious questions about the vast amount of data that could be kept in one place for many, many different sources," Thomas Drake told Fox News.
 
Drake -- who worked at the NSA from Aug. 2001 to Aug. 2008 and was unsuccessfully prosecuted on espionage charges -- says Americans should be concerned about letting the government go too far in the name of security.

"It's in secret so you don't really know," Drake explained. "It's benign, right. If I haven't -- and if I haven't done anything wrong it doesn't matter. The only way you can have perfect security is have a perfect surveillance state. That's George Orwell. That's 1984. That's what that would look like."
